With him being 'in-the-middle-of-it-all', I worked with Gary on a high profile salesforce automation project during his time at Orange; encompassing a series of inter-related business process improvement and change management initiatives. Whether it be defining product specs, gaining approvals and/or managing the delivery of key features and enhancements, Gary worked with our user experience designers and engineering teams from concept through to launch.
