How fast can you start?
Two weeks from the scoping call, almost always. Faster for interim — we've started inside 72 hours when a CEO needed it.
Do you sign exclusivity?
Within an industry, yes. We won't run a fractional CMO engagement at two competing companies in the same quarter.
What about IP and data?
Everything we build — playbooks, dashboards, prompts, code — belongs to you. We sign your DPA and use your access controls, not ours.
Can you work with our existing agency / fractional?
Often. We'll usually write the scope so the seam between us is obvious to everyone — no overlap, no orphaned work.
